Jackson Planning Board Approves Nolan Reapplication

misc · Meeting of May 29, 2026

NY JACKSON — Jackson Planning Board approves Nolan boundary line reapplication after filing deadline lapse. The board unanimously reapproved a survey map at 402 County Route 62, tax map ID #240.-4-18, for Michael Nolan after his original January approval's 60-day filing window passed. Two other applications, a boundary line adjustment and minor subdivision from Bethany Okerman at 324 Playground Way and a property consolidation proposal from Lake Lauderdale Camp Inc. affecting parcels on North Shore Way and Dead Dog Way, were deferred pending town attorney consultation.

The board also discussed the Jackson Solar 1 project's ongoing glare issues and reviewed proposed amendments to the town's solar law that would include a zero-tolerance glare policy, anti-reflective coatings, and enhanced well-testing requirements.
